The average wind intensity in Iceland is around 8 on the Beaufort scale, ca. 62 – 74 km/h. Given the plain and treeless landscape the demonstration of the wind with photography is hindered.
The actor of our Thoroskop is a body, whose casing becomes alive and animated through the dynamic of the wind, changing its form and formulating permantly new spaces.
The ephemeral traces appear as a transillumination of motion and time.
